Billing Policy
This Billing Policy ("Policy") governs your purchase and use of our subscription-based plans ("Subscription" or "Plan"). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in those documents.
By purchasing or using any Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy.
We offer a range of Subscription plans designed to provide personalized wellness and mindset training services. Depending on your selected plan, your Subscription may include access to:
• Personalized development programs and exercises
• Progress tracking tools and performance insights
• Educational materials, digital resources, and community features
• Premium support or one-on-one coaching sessions
Details of available plans, features, and pricing are displayed on our Website and may be updated or modified from time to time.
By starting a Subscription and providing a valid, accepted payment method (the “Payment Method”), you authorize us (or our authorized payment processor) to automatically charge your Payment Method at the beginning of each billing cycle based on the plan you selected, until your Subscription is canceled in accordance with this Policy.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may update or modify your Payment Method at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Customer Support team.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your payment provider.
If a payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your Subscription until the outstanding balance is fully paid.
Your Subscription will be billed at the start of your initial term and will automatically renew at the beginning of each subsequent billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.
We will charge your Payment Method on or near the same calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paid Subscription. We reserve the right to adjust your billing date when necessary, including when a payment fails or your Payment Method is successfully updated.
If a payment attempt fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your Subscription, you remain responsible for all outstanding amounts. You authorize us to continue billing your updated or replacement Payment Method as it becomes available.
If your Payment Method is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, your billing date may be modified. To minimize service interruptions, we may, at our discretion, attempt to collect the outstanding balance through partial charges spread across smaller transactions. However, the total of such charges will never exceed the full amount due for the applicable billing period.
You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription plan at any time:
• Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan, the price difference will be charged immediately, and your enhanced features and benefits will be activated right away.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that downgrading may result in the loss of certain features, data, or access to specific content associated with your previous plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription plan, feature, or pricing at any time. If such a change materially affects your current Subscription, we will provide prior notice and the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.
If you believe that you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at support@muscle-hub.com. We will promptly investigate the matter and, if necessary, correct any billing discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that deleting your account does not cancel your Subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
1. Cancellation via Account Settings
You may cancel your Subscription directly through your account. To do so, navigate to the “Payment” section of your profile, select “Cancel Subscription”, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
2. Cancellation via Email
Alternatively, you may request cancellation by sending an email to our support team at support@muscle-hub.com.
Please include the following information to help us process your request efficiently:

Dear Team, I am writing to request the cancellation of my active subscription associated with my account:

Please confirm that my subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle and that no further payments will be charged to my account. I understand that my access to premium content and features will continue until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will terminate.

You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
This includes, without limitation, situations where we believe that you have violated, breached, or acted inconsistently with this Billing Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or Privacy Policy.
Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will immediately cease. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you believe a billing error has occurred or that you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@muscle-hub.com within a reasonable time frame, and we will review your claim in accordance with our Refund Policy.
